Comfortable overall experience. The staff is amiable, the breakfast quick, the ocation is best possible next to the shopping mall, coffee shop, KL central train station.

food was fantastic, hard-working staff, bed was amazing. hotel was spotless. i loved that it was large. the lovely beach was located near the property.

Facilities were sufficient, however Wi-Fi was horrible.

Ideal place for shopping, I can recommend. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a personal safe, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card were a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of different food. Very good service was provided here too.

I loved the reasonably good staff and the freshly made food. Scenic view, a small balcony, very comfy bed, too. Nice garden and amazing pool area. The hotel's location was optimal, with supermarket and the shops within walking distance...

Staff was experienced, breakfast was perfect with bakery, meats, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Jacuzzi was marble-lined and everything was amazing. The flawless service was provided in this pretty standard hotel.
